Fall Honey 1 pound (16 ounces) 100% Raw, Natural

Fall raw honey is a darker, richer flavored honey. It is more of an amber color compared to the spring lighter yellow honey. It's harvested in the late fall so therefore has many of the pollens from goldenrod, aster, and other late blooming trees and plants.

100% raw, natural honey from my 10 acre farm in Michigan. We have ~20 bee hives on our organic farm. Raw honey is straight from the source. It has not been altered in any way.  It maintains all the good stuff: pollen, propolis, enzymes, vitamins, 18 different amino acids, protein, and rich in minerals and nutrients.

Description: 1 pound (16 ounces) plastic jar with a red squeeze lid full of fall, raw honey.

About the beekeepers: It began as a hobby for my father in law, John in his early retirement. He saw the lack of bees on his farm and wanted to do something about it. Eventually he got pretty good at beekeeping and started spreading his enthusiasm for the bees (and the honey!) to his farm loving kids. My husband Jeff and I started learning the ropes and today we have a high demand for our honey.

About our bees: Our bees are managed naturally. Our honey is good and tasty. Fall honey is influenced by milkweed, beebalm, goldenrod, and mountain mint.

*Raw honey will naturally crystallize over time. You can continue using it in this crystallized form or choose to reheat it at less than 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Honey will never spoil. Honey should not be given to children under the age of one.
